Still counting down...

We had a special delivery this weekend, unfortunately it wasn't a baby.  However, the new furniture we ordered before Thanksgiving finally was delivered!!  Since we've gotten married, it's the first furniture that wasn't gifted, handed-down, or purchased on craigslist or at Target.  It is the real-deal, and we LOVE it!!

 A glider-recliner, essential for hanging with Baby T, when he/she finally makes an appearance!

 And a HUGE couch.  Patrick can lay completely down on it.  We watched a movie Saturday night, and we could both sit on the couch together with our feet on the ottoman -- how luxurious!!

 Our friends Skyler and Davin just had their second baby last month, and Skyler brought him over to visit me and drop off a few little Colorado Baby Essentials -- you can see she made a little t-shirt that says, "Thiessen-Dahl Ski Team," and included easy wedge (to make a snow-plow for beginner skiers - might have to wait a little while to put this to use?) and tiny baby sunglasses.

Here is the 38 week "bump," although it feels a lot bigger than just a "bump."  Baby T has been doing calisthenics in preparation for his/her arrival.  

You can compare this picture of me to this picture my mom sent -- this is her (third from left, the one that loos like me!) right before her residency graduation, and the baby bump is ME!  She thinks she is about 34-36 weeks here, so a little behind me -- She looks so good!  I recognize the white coat, though, looks like mine -- can't button it.  (Click on the picture to enlarge it for full effect.)
