KC Girls Visit...And Some News

This past weekend the two Katies came to visit me from KC and St. Louis. We had a lot of fun eating, shopping, going to the movies ... and mostly talking. Aren't old friends the greatest? Big thank you to Residence Life at Rockhurst for finding me the roommates of my dreams! :) (Patrick was very kind to tolerate a house full of giggling women all weekend!)We were very happy to see how gentle Duke was with Katie H's baby, Bridget. She is about 1/10th his size, but he laid right by her and sniffed and gave her kisses. (She liked him, too, up until the kissing. She was not for that!)






We were especially happy to know that Duke would be very gentle with a baby, because come February, we'll be welcoming our own new baby!!! Yeah!!!

    Chills all over! February babies are the best. And I heard your Mom on NPR last week talking about babies, which has to be a good omen. :)
